The Giant NES Controller, maybe world’s largest one

Have you seen such a large sized NES controller, before? I know the answer! Of majority of people; they will simply refuse. Even I haven’t seen such a giant controller, but now I think Philip Torrone has made me dream of getting my hands on such a huge device. The giant creation is an effort of a three peopled team for Maker Faire 2007, escorted by Philip Torrone. Their boundless gaming obsession led them give origin to this huge gaming monster that is 5 feet long weighing 83 pound with quite outsized keys embedded on the upper surface of the controller. Though, I am tentative about its modus-operandi but for sure, at least one man can’t manage the controller at a time. At least two people must be employed to get a better gameplay, one for controlling d-pad while the other to manage the two red buttons. Thought, the architects have posted a long detail that makes a clean breast of the matter, or if you find going through detail, a bit monotonous you can check out the image fastened. Remarks: I think this must be entitled as the largest DIY gaming controller, ever! Via: technabob
