The Mobile Entertainment stated that Sony Ecrisson will introduce a gaming phone in February, featured with games-oriented user interface and motion sensitivity, which allows users to play a game like Wii on their handsets. Sony will offer the new 40GB PlayStation at the price of 399 Euros. To achieve its new price, the 40GB version drops the compatibility of hardware PlayStation 2, like the 80GB model. It has also discarded both the card reader and two of the four USB ports. The HDMI 1.3 output and the other significances of the game system are the same as for all models.

The price would be the key point as the minimum cost of buying PlayStation 3 now drops from £425 to £299 in the UK. While the 60GB version with an extra controller is being phased out entirely and it will drop to £350 in the UK and €499 in Europe.

I have seen people play World of War craft over the network a bunch of times. But, I haven’t seen them network 47 PCs together just for the purpose of playing this game.
